Retired Colonel Percy Moore, USMC is the founder of TMSV. Percy has 33 years of global, strategic government experience spanning operations, intelligence, information and cyber operations, and crisis management. He is a proven global leader with a track record of producing superior results no matter how challenging the situation. Percy has a BA in Mgmt from Goucher College and a MBA in Venture Mgmt and Finance from the University of San Diego. Percy is actively involved in the community and he is a member of Goucher College Board of Trustees, Loyola Blakefield High School Board of Trustees, a featured speaker on leadership, and serves as a youth football and basketball coach and mentor. Percy's passion is developing our youth to excel.
